Reporting to the designated rugby development staff member, the job holder will have demonstrable experience of coaching at Stage 1 or Stage 2 of the LTPD pathway. They should hold either the IRFU Stage 1 (Mini), or, Stage 2 (Foundation) coaching qualification or equivalent. Having strong communication skills, organisation skills and the ability to be flexible is key to this role.
