Brought up in London of Irish parentage the No. 8 has come through the Hughes Insurance Ulster Rugby Academy system and his strong-running, ball-carrying style, added to a prolific try-scoring record for the ‘A’ side and Ireland’s U20s, earned him a Development contract in 2016. Dow made his first senior appearance in the PRO12 with a win over Treviso in January 2016.
